be at peace.
be strong.
be YOU.
A strong future self with system and sensitivity
“The greatest gift I can give as a coach is to be completely with you – to perceive you in the here and now with all my senses”
Dr. rer. nat. Karin Klimt
Certified Coach & Leadership Trainer,
Regional Group Representative DCV
Munich, Ebersberg, Erding, Online
Since you are looking for coaching, you are probably not completely satisfied with something in your life – and are not able to move forward on your own .
Miracles? As a certified, reputable coach, I don’t make promises – because change can only come from you. This often means “getting out of your comfort zone” – and yes, that can be uncomfortable at times.
But don’t worry: I will stick with you all the way – with everything that I am. You decide how far – and deep – you want to go. I will provide the clear direction.
I promise one thing: if you take an honest look, your topic will start to move. The starting point for inner peace, new strength and the courage to be yourself.
After all, for most coaching clients, this is the real need behind the issue. Regardless of whether it is about professional development, work-life integration or (inner) conflicts.
When my coachee suddenly escapes from the carousel of thoughts and allows a new thought. When the loose ends come together, the trigger is revealed and new paths suddenly open up.
This moment of stunned silence – that is the moment that changes everything. I am always grateful to be allowed to be present at these turning points.
As a coach and a person, it is important to me to treat everyone with respect and to listen with curiosity and with no preconceived ideas. The physicist in me quickly recognizes connections, the department head of agile software teams works in a solution-oriented way.
That’s why I don’t focus on the particular coaching method, but on the connection with you. And yes, it can be intense – but that is precisely where the opportunity for real, lasting change lies. (Vita)
My motto as a systemic coach:
“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
– Albert Einstein
A job that inspires you
We go on a discovery trip together: What exactly drains your energy at work, and why? What really gets you going? You will discover what makes you strong and how you can make the most of your potential.
After the coaching, you will know exactly what kind of work you like to get up for in the morning – and which company really suits you and your values, so that you feel good at work day after day.
Leading with ease and confidence
As a coach, I support you in clearly defining your goals as a leader – whether it’s about your leadership style, team performance or dealing with individual team members. As a long-time leader, I am also happy to share practical tips from my own experience – if you want me to.
The result? More clarity, confidence and a noticeable ease in your day-to-day leadership – in dealing with your team, colleagues and also your line manager.

Unshakeable
self-confidence
We start with situations in which your self-confidence falters – and when you feel strong and confident.
As soon as you understand the patterns that throw you off balance, we build up your strengths in a targeted way so that they can be used in more and more areas of your life.
You will feel your self-confidence grow – and you will be able to stand your ground more assertively both professionally and privately.
One of the basic principles of systemic coaching is the acceptance that every person experiences a different reality in the same situation. Because your experiences and therefore your interpretation of the facts are different to mine. This is precisely why, as a systemic coach, I will never offer you my solution, because it won’t work for you.
I am firmly convinced that you know and can do everything you need for your own solution – you just have to discover it. You are the (only) expert for your life! My coaching methods simply uncover which behavioral patterns and beliefs are currently holding you back.
But more importantly, we identify all your strengths that you can use to find a solution. You realize that you are not a victim of circumstances, but are “response-able”. As a result, your first steps on the path to more inner peace, strength and an authentic self will come almost automatically.
The key in systemic Coaching:
„Who am I – and if so, how many?“
– Richard David Precht
My guideline for choosing coaching methods:
“Tell me and I’ll forget.
Show me and I remember.
Let me do it and I’ll understand.”
– Konfuzius
Another cornerstone of systemic coaching is that you do not live in a vacuum. Just like in a rotair, you and your environment influence each other, as do the different areas of your life. This is why I personally don’t think it makes sense to differentiate between life and business coaching.
This means that the solution to your problem can often lie in a completely different area than the actual issue. It also means that changes in you can also trigger positive changes in others.
Systemic coaches therefore always include your entire environment – both professional and private. This ensures that we don’t just tackle symptoms and that the solution is sustainable in the long term. This is exactly what makes systemic coaching so effective.
The coaching process is flexible and individual, but follows a well-established procedure. Depending on the topic and adapted to your needs, some steps are omitted or only carried out on a small scale – you determine the pace and depth.
Before the actual start, we will have a short introductory meeting to check if the chemistry is good and your topic is suitable for coaching. During this initial contact, we will also decide how many appointments make sense in case you want to continue.
Finding the right target is often more complex than it seems at first glance. The first thought is rarely the real goal – sometimes it takes real detective work. Together, we check how attractive the goal actually is for you and clarify where you currently stand.
We usually start with a discovery tour: this can be an analysis of your entire life situation with the help of a personality panorama based on Sabine Asgodom or we focus on smaller areas, such as the different voices of your inner team according to Schulz von Thun and the Dilt levels for the goal.
The next step is to find and activate or strengthen your existing resources. Methods such as setting an anchor or trance techniques, for example the miracle question according to Virginia Satir or a mentoring exercise, help in this work.
With strengthened resources, we take a look at your stumbling blocks, such as obstructive patterns or inner drivers. We explore the positive intention behind them – an approach known as reframing – and develop new ways to fulfill them.
To avoid solving everything in your head, I often use intuitive approaches such as structural constellations according to Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer. The TetraLemma supports decision-making, the ZPA helps us analyze the path to the goal, and the Meta-Mirror resolves conflicts. This allows us to bring clarity to complex issues and develop practical solutions. Coaching with horses makes leadership and self-esteem issues tangible. Brainlog – a method similar to dreaming that dissolves deeply imprinted, often suppressed experiences – helps with issues that are difficult to grasp.
During coaching, we often come across old beliefs that block a sustainable solution. Together, we adapt them so that the positive aspects remain, but they are no longer a blockage. The aim is not to “remove” them, but to adapt them to your current life situation – a personal “upgrade”. I use methods such as Walking Belief Change according to Robert Dilts and the Satir exercise.
Finally, we use all the previous findings to plan the next concrete steps that you can implement in your everyday life to achieve your goals. We also consider together when the next situation arises so that you don’t miss the opportunity.
My recommendation for my coachees:
“If there is one belief that can move mountains, it is the belief in one’s own strength.”
– Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach
The Chinese word longma is the combination of dragon (long) and horse (ma) and is, so to speak, the Pegasus from Chinese mythology. The longma thus combines two very powerful animals, can fly and is very robust thanks to its dragon scales.
In addition to their strength, horses are very sensitive to the emotions of others and interpret the finest signals in facial expressions and body language, as they need this to survive as flight and herd animals. Furthermore, a horse is not interested in your business card, only you a person count.
Dragons are also usually portrayed as very independent and invulnerable. Last but not least, longma also means “important person”.
For these reasons, Longma expresses many of the values in systemic coaching for me.
First and foremost, a systemic coach should always have an appreciative attitude towards the client and put themselves and their own opinions aside. The coachee is the (only) important person.
It is also very helpful in coaching to be empathetic – to be able to read emotions from facial expressions and body language. Because these help an experienced coach to recognize the direction in which things are going, where the crucial point is.
A successful coaching process gives the client (renewed) strength or even wings. The aim is that the coachee becomes independent and can help themselves in the future.
And because these characteristics of horses are so helpful in coaching and I have learned so much about authentic leadership from my horse myself, I also use my horse in (horse-assisted) coaching for suitable topics and at the request of the coachee.
This is what people say about coaching:
“A great coach takes you to a place where you no longer need him”
– Andre Agassi
