They lack the energy for everything important in life, for family, friends and even for their beloved hobby.
If you’ve ended up here, you’ve probably reached this point in your life and can’t find your way out on your own.
Many people then blame the workload, usually the double burden of work and family. But this is often not the whole truth. There are actually many reasons why you feel so drained:

- Regular or even permanent conflicts between your own values and those of your environment
